When should we order our wedding invitations?

We recommend beginning your custom invitation suite 8–12 months before your wedding. This allows plenty of time for design, revisions, printing, assembly, and mailing without feeling rushed.

Can you create completely custom invitations?

Yes. Every invitation suite is designed specifically for your wedding. We don’t use templates, allowing us to create stationery that reflects your venue, style, color palette, and personality.

Can our invitations match our wedding flowers?

Absolutely. One of our specialties is designing flowers and stationery together. We thoughtfully coordinate colors, botanical elements, illustrations, and overall design so every detail feels cohesive from the first invitation to the last centerpiece.

Do you offer save-the-dates?

Yes. We design custom save-the-dates, invitation suites, rehearsal dinner invitations, welcome party invitations, and thank you cards.

Can you print and assemble our invitations?

Yes. We handle printing, envelope liners, addressing, assembly, postage guidance, and mailing preparation so your invitations arrive beautifully finished.

Do you offer envelope addressing?

Yes. We offer guest addressing, return addressing, and envelope printing for a polished, professional presentation.

Can you work with couples outside of Vermont?

Yes. We design and ship custom wedding invitations nationwide.

Custom Wedding Artwork faq

What can you create custom watercolor artwork of?

We create hand-painted watercolor illustrations of wedding venues, homes, churches, florals, family pets, landscapes, monograms, maps, heirlooms, and other meaningful details that make your wedding uniquely yours.

Can our venue be illustrated on our invitations?

Absolutely. Venue illustrations are one of our signature offerings and create a timeless keepsake that ties your invitation suite together beautifully.

Do you only create artwork for weddings?

While weddings are our specialty, we also create custom artwork for anniversaries, gifts, home portraits, businesses, holiday cards, and special occasions.

Can we use our custom artwork throughout the wedding?

Yes. Many couples use their illustrations across save-the-dates, invitations, menus, programs, cocktail napkins, welcome signs, favor tags, and thank you cards for a beautifully cohesive wedding design.

Day-of Wedding Stationery faq

What is day-of stationery?

Day-of stationery includes the printed details your guests see throughout your wedding, such as menus, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, ceremony programs, welcome signs, seating charts, bar menus, favor tags, and other paper details.

When should we order our day-of stationery?

We typically begin designing day-of stationery after your invitation suite is complete, with final quantities confirmed approximately 4–8 weeks before your wedding.

Can our day-of stationery coordinate with our invitations?

Yes. Every piece is designed to seamlessly match your invitation suite and floral design, creating a cohesive experience from beginning to end.

Can you accommodate last-minute guest count changes?

Yes. We understand guest lists often change. We’ll work with you to finalize place cards, escort cards, seating charts, and menus as close to your wedding date as production allows.

Do you provide setup for day-of stationery?

Yes. When we’re providing your wedding flowers, we can also deliver and thoughtfully style your printed paper details as part of your overall wedding design.

Can you create custom menus, place cards, and table numbers?

Absolutely. Every piece is custom designed to complement your wedding aesthetic and can include custom artwork, floral motifs, monograms, or other personalized details.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE AS A VERMONT WEDDING FLORIST?

As a Vermont wedding florist, we serve couples throughout Stowe, Burlington, Woodstock, and Manchester, as well as New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and destinations across New England.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

The best way to begin is to contact us through our inquiry form. From there, we will learn more about your wedding and guide you through the next steps.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I REACH OUT FOR WEDDING FLOWERS?

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue and date secured. Many couples inquire 8 to 18 months in advance, especially for Vermont weddings during peak seasons like summer and fall. Earlier inquiries allow for a more thoughtful and collaborative design process.

IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR VERMONT WEDDING FLOWERS?

Full service wedding floral design begins at $6,000. Most couples invest more depending on the size of the wedding, the number of floral elements, and the overall level of design.

Floral investment often increases with guest count, larger ceremony or reception installations, and more layered or detailed designs.

During the inquiry process, couples typically share their venue, guest count, overall vision, and any inspiration images so we can create a design plan that feels thoughtful, cohesive, and aligned with their priorities. Send your inquiry!

WHAT FLOWERS ARE IN SEASON FOR VERMONT WEDDINGS?

Seasonality plays a large role in floral design. Spring brings soft, delicate blooms, summer offers abundant garden flowers, and fall introduces rich tones and texture. We guide you toward the best seasonal options so your flowers feel natural and effortless.

Spring
Spring weddings often feature soft, delicate blooms such as tulips, ranunculus, anemones, hellebore, and early garden roses.  See our guide: Spring Wedding Flowers

Summer
Summer brings abundant garden-inspired flowers including peonies, garden roses, dahlias, cosmos, and delphinium.  See our guide: Summer Wedding Flowers

Fall
Fall weddings often incorporate rich, textured blooms such as dahlias, chrysanthemums, scabiosa, amaranthus, and seasonal foliage.  See our guide: Fall Wedding Flowers

Winter
Winter weddings focus on elegant and refined flowers like ranunculus, anemones, roses, hellebore, and evergreen elements. See our guide: Winter Wedding Flowers

We guide each couple toward the best seasonal selections so your wedding flowers feel effortless, cohesive, and beautifully suited to your setting.

DO YOU REPURPOSE CEREMONY FLOWERS FOR THE RECEPTION?

Yes, whenever possible. Many ceremony pieces can be thoughtfully moved and restyled for the reception, allowing you to maximize your investment while maintaining a cohesive design throughout your day.

DO YOU DESIGN FOR SPECIFIC VENUES IN VERMONT LIKE STOWE OR MANCHESTER?

Yes. We regularly design weddings in Stowe, Manchester, Burlington, Woodstock, and throughout Vermont. Each venue influences the floral design, from mountain backdrops to garden settings, ensuring everything feels connected to the location.

CAN YOU COORDIATE FLOWERS WITH MY WEDDING INVITATIONS?

Yes. Designing both your florals and stationery allows us to create a cohesive experience where colors, textures, and details feel intentionally connected from your invitations through your wedding day.

WHAT MAKES YOUR FLORAL DESIGN DIFFERENT?

Our approach is rooted in creating a feeling, not just arranging flowers. Every design is intentional, layered, and tailored to your wedding so that it feels personal, refined, and fully cohesive from start to finish.

WHY SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU FOR BOTH FLOWERS AND STATIONERY?

This is where the magic happens. Because we design both your wedding flowers and stationery, every detail is connected. From your invitation suite and watercolor artwork to your bouquets, ceremony flowers, menus, and reception tables. The result is a wedding that feels intentional, cohesive, and beautifully personal, with one creative vision guiding every element.
