I’m Adriane, the artist and designer behind Anaphora, a Vermont wedding stationery and floral design studio serving couples throughout Vermont, New England, and beyond.

My background in both graphic design and floral design allows me to see a wedding as one complete story. I’m inspired by gardens, watercolor, beautiful paper, texture, and the changing seasons, and I bring those influences together to create heirloom stationery and romantic floral designs that feel timeless, refined, and deeply personal.

I believe the most memorable weddings begin with a thoughtful creative vision. Whether I’m designing your invitation suite, your wedding flowers, or both, every detail is considered as part of the larger celebration. The result is a wedding that feels beautifully connected, personal to you, and meaningful long after the day is over.

BEYOND THE STUDIO

When I’m not designing weddings, you’ll usually find me painting with watercolors, a house project, traveling, spending time with my family and our five Golden Retrievers, or finding my way to the ocean whenever I can. Oh, and I recently discovered I forgot how much I love camping or more like glamping.

More than likely, i’m throwing a tennis ball into the pond for the dogs, vacuuming up a ton of golden hair daily. 

I also, love walking in the woods, being near the water, and finding inspiration in the places I visit.  Travel, nature, gardens, and all the little things I notice along the way continue to influence the colors, textures, and details I bring into my work.

KILEY | FLORAL DESIGN & PRODUCTION

Kiley is a big part of bringing each wedding to life, from floral production and design to installations, styling and all of the details that come together on the wedding day. He has a great eye for balance, texture, and natural movement, and has really stepped into the full production side of the weddings, helping wherever he is needed from start to finish.

BAILEY | FLORAL DESIGN & STATIONERY

Bailey helps with both our floral and stationery work. From invitation assembly and floral production and design to wedding day styling. She has an incredible attention to detail and a natural ability to keep all of the moving pieces organized behind the scenes. From preparing stationery and helping with floral design to setting up the many details on the wedding day, Bailey is always ready to jump in wherever she is needed and helps make sure everything comes together beautifully.

Based in Vermont, Anaphora creates custom wedding stationery for couples nationwide and provides full-service floral design throughout Vermont, New England, and select destination locations.

We regularly work in Stowe, Woodstock, Manchester, Shelburne, and destinations across New England, while also welcoming floral commissions for celebrations along the East Coast. E&T’s wedding at The Barn at Smugglers’ Notch had E&T’s wedding at The Barn at Smugglers’ Notch had such a beautiful setting, with the Vermont mountains as the backdrop and a garden-inspired arch filled with garden roses, ranunculus, anemones, and those gorgeous pops of blue delphinium. Her bouquet was a favorite of mine, too, with soft pinks and peaches, garden roses and ranunculus, and delicate touches of blue lace flower and scabiosa. Most certainly a signature Anaphora style. And then there was the maid of honor, who decided to take off with the bridal bouquet! 😂 One of those funny, unexpected moments that becomes part of the story of the day. It’s the little moments like these that make a wedding day so memorable. The smallest details, like fresh herbs tucked into the terra-cotta pots I whitewashed for the tables, can become part of what makes a wedding feel like yours. #StoweVermontWeddin #VermontWeddingFloris #VermontWeddingFlowers #GardenInspiredWedding #vermontwedding
Designed for a wedding at the Mere Point Yacht Clu Designed for a wedding at the Mere Point Yacht Club, this stationery suite was filled with the details that made Dylan and Tyler’s story their own. Custom watercolor artwork save-the-date, brought in the things they love about the coast, from their beloved dog, Buck and boat tote to lobsters, blueberries, sailboats, oysters, shells and the colors of the Maine shoreline. The invitation suite carried their story through with a custom monogram and wedding crest, nautical knot artwork, a watercolor map of the coast, florals and a shell-shaped RSVP card. Even the little details had a story, including custom watercolor oyster artwork for their wedding matchbooks and wedding monogram watercolor crest golf ball seating chart. And then there was the guest book, designed to become something they could keep forever. After the ceremony, it was transformed into a flag hung with love. I love when stationery becomes more than paper. It really is a collection of the places, people, memories and tiny details that make a wedding unmistakably theirs.
