This website is owned and operated by ANAPHORA, LLC.. We provide custom floral design and stationery design services for weddings and other events. All services and products are subject to the terms of a separate, formal client agreement or invoice, which supersedes these general website terms for all custom orders.
3. Custom orders
Approval of proofs: For stationery services, all custom designs and proofs will require your final approval before production. Once a proof is approved, you are responsible for any errors, and changes may incur additional fees.
Substitutions: For floral services, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of flowers and materials based on availability, quality, or other market conditions. Any substitutions will be of an equivalent or higher value.
Creative freedom: You grant us creative freedom to produce work based on the agreed-upon inspiration and budgetary guidelines. We use our artistic judgment and experience to create a unique and cohesive design for your event.
Final balance: Your final invoice balance for custom services is due 30 days before the date specified in your client agreement or invoice. Final delivery of goods or services will not occur until payment is received.
4. Cancellations and postponements
Cancellation and postponement terms for custom orders are outlined in your individual client agreement. Any deposits or retainers paid are non-refundable and all money will be due.
5. Intellectual property
Website content: The content, logo, branding, and other materials on this website are the intellectual property of ANAPHORA, LLC. and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our website content without our express written permission.
Custom designs: We retain the copyright and ownership of all custom floral and stationery designs. You are purchasing a license to use the final product for your personal event, not the underlying design itself.
Promotional use: We reserve the right to use photographs of your floral arrangements and stationery for our portfolio and marketing purposes, such as on our website or social media. Client privacy, such as personal guest information, will always be protected.
6. Limitation of liability
“As is” basis: This website is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the website’s service.
Service and product liability: Our liability for any custom order is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific order. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
Force majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, or other emergencies.
