Celebrating the union of Bailey and Kiley! These inseparable friends have officially become husband and wife at The Barn at Smugglers Notch Vermont summer wedding. It fills me with joy to bring their wedding vision to life. We decided on a palette of elegant hues, including soft whites, creams, and blush, accentuated by a delightful infusion of peach and pink during the ceremony. For the reception, we elevated the ambiance with a burst of vibrant colors.

Together, Bailey and I came up with the clever concept of a flower bar, where guests could take home reused flowers at the end of the evening. The delightful arrangement of bud vases on the farmhouse tables became a captivating centerpiece. I personally painted the vases, giving them a charming light pink dipped look that perfectly complemented Bailey’s tags. It added such a cute touch to the overall decor!

The choice of garden roses, sweet pea, and an abundance of ranunculus and dahlias, including the captivating cafe au lait dahlias, truly captured the essence of their vision for the bridal bouquet, wedding party flowers, and throughout the reception tables. One of my favorite pieces was the cute welcome sign flower box! It was so much fun to create.

The ceremony took an unexpected turn indoors, a swift adjustment that mirrored the flexibility many weddings embraced this year. The outdoor arch had to be quickly turned into a floor arch for the ceremony. This resulted in a quick turnaround from ceremony to reception during cocktail hour.

A standout feature was the lush greenery gracefully cascading down the staircase and adorning the cocktail tables. This detail not only served as a focal point for both the ceremony and reception but also added an enchanting touch to the cocktail hour decor.
